My best friend passed away suddenly and his apartment required a Bio Hazard related cleaning. I called a number of cleaning services that offered these types of services. George the owner of Bio One Austin, called me back within minutes even though it was outside of normal business hours. George was professional, incredibly sincere in his concern for our situation. He set me up to meet David the next morning and they were prepared to help us quickly. David did a great job explaining the process and what they would be doing. When the apartment complex became a challenge to work with David was always there to work things out. I will say at first I was surprised by the cost. However, once David and the team started I new we had hired experts. David work effort is incredible. He was literally none stop for 8 hours straight. I do not know how David is compensated, but I do not believe they could pay him enough for his hard work. The second day way no different. David showed up to work and did not stop until he was satisfied with every aspect. The amount of work he did was simply remarkable. They were also unbothered with us being there and packing. They were simply great during a difficult time. I know if we run into any more issues with the apartment complex they will be there to provide support.

David came to our office right on time in the pouring rain and did a great job.

Due to extensive animal waste and clutter at a rental property, I needed help FAST. David was able to meet us at the house the day after I called. Bio-One started work as soon as I got the roll-off dumpster delivered to the property. The job went quickly - it only took a couple of days. I was very impressed by the work David did to turn the dirtiest rooms around, and how willing he was to make the long drive back to the area to rectify minor problems. Overall, David and the whole team at Bio-One Austin were responsive, helpful, communicative, and a general pleasure to work with.

David and Johnathon were some of the most pleasant and professional people I have ever worked with. They were quick, efficient, and had a gung-ho go get-em' attitude. Should I ever need similar services again, they will be the first I call.

Had a rat problem and I called them out to get the smell out. They done a great job, costumer service was awesome. I would highly recommend these guys and use the services again if needed.
