We had a difficult hoarding project that came with a lot of emotional baggage. Jennifer, George and the team were fantastic. They were tuned in to the emotions of the project and worked at a pace to keep things from boiling over. Their kindness and compassion was a key reason we chose to work with Bio-One. I contacted Bio One about a large project that would take several days to complete. From the first phone call until the end of the project, they were extremely friendly, helpful, understanding, professional in demeanor, and just absolutely amazing. Robert and Trevor completed the project in a short amount of time and did a fantastic job. Robert was in constant contact with me and made sure everything went smoothly. We had an unfortunate incident at the property I manage. I contacted a company in Houston a sister property had used and they told me to go and take pictures so they could bid "the job" I have done this over 30 years and have seen my fair share of things no one should have to see. When Bio One was called , they requested NO pictures but came out there was no questions asked, only we will handle this and they did. Great customer service and very kind knowing it was a difficult time when losing a resident regardless the circumstance.

Due to extensive animal waste and clutter at a rental property, I needed help FAST. David was able to meet us at the house the day after I called. Bio-One started work as soon as I got the roll-off dumpster delivered to the property. The job went quickly - it only took a couple of days. I was very impressed by the work David did to turn the dirtiest rooms around, and how willing he was to make the long drive back to the area to rectify minor problems. Overall, David and the whole team at Bio-One Austin were responsive, helpful, communicative, and a general pleasure to work with.

We contacted Bio One to get a quote for removal of animal waste and clutter from one of our properties. They responded very quickly, arranged to meet us the next day to view the property, got a quote to us that same day, and started work on the day we requested. David was on time and unfailingly polite and helpful. He and his crew did a great job; they did overlook a small component, but came back out as soon as I pointed it out, on their day off, to finish it to our satisfaction. Great service and we are very pleased with the results.

David came to my house on short notice to help me rid my house of skunk smell. He arrived within hours and scrubbed my whole house from top to bottom. It smells amazing now!!! It is 100% the cost. Great guy, and great work.

This company is soooo amazing. From the first time I reached out to the end result of the cleaning, I was happy and they make you feel so comfortable. George the owner personally came out and gave me an estimate 30 minutes after I called to just get info. He was so kind and compassionate. David was the one assigned to come get the job done and he did a thorough (when I say thorough I mean THOROUGH) job. He was also kind and respectful and communicated with me the entire time about everything, even little things I might want to keep (for example a cardboard box), and he made sure to do all the little things I requested. They even check up on you every now and again to make sure things are good. My best friend passed away suddenly and his apartment required a Bio Hazard related cleaning. I called a number of cleaning services that offered these types of services. George the owner of Bio One Austin, called me back within minutes even though it was outside of normal business hours. George was professional, incredibly sincere in his concern for our situation. He set me up to meet David the next morning and they were prepared to help us quickly. David did a great job explaining the process and what they would be doing. When the apartment complex became a challenge to work with David was always there to work things out. I will say at first I was surprised by the cost. However, once David and the team started I new we had hired experts. David work effort is incredible. He was literally none stop for 8 hours straight. I do not know how David is compensated, but I do not believe they could pay him enough for his hard work. The second day way no different. David showed up to work and did not stop until he was satisfied with every aspect. The amount of work he did was simply remarkable. They were also unbothered with us being there and packing. They were simply great during a difficult time. I know if we run into any more issues with the apartment complex they will be there to provide support.
